The Town of Trenton is seeking proposals from qualified vendors, local entrepreneurs or community organizations to operate the Trenton Rink Canteen for the upcoming season. We are looking for an enthusiastic partner to provide high-quality food, beverages and exceptional customer service to residents, local sports teams and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concessions during peak arena hours (including weekends, minor hockey tournaments, public skates and figure skating events).
- Manage daily canteen operations, inventory and staffing.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, health regulations and facility cleanliness.
Proposal Submission Requirements:
Interested parties must submit a proposal package including the following elements:
- Business Overview: Brief description of your experience in food service or hospitality.
- Proposed Menu: A sample menu geared toward families and youth sports participants.
- Operating Hours & Staffing Plan: Confirmation of your availability to cover high-traffic times (evenings and weekends) and staffing approach.
- Financial Proposal: Details regarding the proposed lease fee, revenue-sharing percentage or flat monthly rent offered to the Town.
