An award winning, nationally respected youth amateur boxing club. The athletes have competed all over the world. They have been in operation sunce 1989.
Competitive Classes
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00-9:00 pm
Ladies Boxing / Fitness Classes
(Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Nights 6:00-7:00 pm)
This ladies class is a head to toe fitness class that incorporates the same workout as their competitive boxers without physical contact. You can work at your own pace. Perhaps you want a change or your workout isn't working for you anymore, or you just want some girl time to work out! Any ladies who may be interested can watch a class to see if you would like to join! Please contact the Club.
