Public Notice - Effective immediately (16 March 2020)

Due to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 conditions, all locations of the Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library, including Books by Mail, will be closed until further notice. The decision to reopen will be made in consultation with Nova Scotia Public Health authorities.
All loan periods for physical books and items have been extended to May 1, 2020. Our Book Returns are also closed, so please keep your borrowed library materials with you, until we reopen.
To access library services available online (such as eBooks (audio and print), eMagazines, eNewspapers and historical e-resources), please visit www.parl.ns.ca.

The Trenton branch of the Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library is located in the town civic building on the corner of Main and Forge Streets. The library has a diverse selection of print and audio-visual materials. The Trenton Library offers a full range of free services and access to the resources of all Nova Scotia public libraries. The Trenton Library is a Community Access Program (CAP) site, sponsored by Industry Canada and the Nova Scotia Technology and Science Secretariat. At the Trenton Library you can access a wireless hotspot to high speed internet.
